The guide contains practical, high-impact strategies based on both expert opinion as well as experiences in implementing antibiotic stewardship programs at the national and facility-levels to improve antibiotic use and fight antimicrobial resistance. The guide provides a range of activities that governments or individual facilities in non-U.S. settings can implement based on the resources available. It is available in English and Spanish.
