People visiting the museum

The CDC Museum is the only part of CDC open to the public. Admission and parking are free for all visitors.

Various tours and self-guided visits are offered depending on group size. Tours cover content in our current exhibitions.

Reservations are not required for individuals or self-guided groups of less than 10 visitors. All groups of 10 or more visitors must make reservations for guided tours or self-guided visits.

Upcoming Closures

The museum be closed August 4-22, 2025 for the installation of Re-discovering Native America: Stories in Motion with the Red Road Project. Learn more about upcoming exhibitions.

GUIDED TOURS

Individuals and Small Groups (1-9)
Available by reservation for individuals and small of up to 9 people. Participants will be combined with other small groups.

Large Groups (10-30)
Available by reservation for groups of up to 30 people. Tours are led by CDC Museum staff and CDC employees who volunteer as docents.

SELF-GUIDED VISITS

No reservation required for individuals and small of up to 9 people looking to explore the exhibitions at their own pace.

Large Groups (10-50)
Available by reservation for groups of 10-50 participants looking to explore the exhibitions at their own pace.
