Of the 29 grantees, 3 were tribal grantees in Alaska, 1 was a tribal grantee in Washington State, and 25 were in the following 25 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Utah, Washington.
