This map of the United States shows that 7 of 8 projects used organized mailed FIT (Appalachia [comprising Kentucky and Ohio], Chicago, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, and California). Additionally, 1 project used on-demand mailed FIT (Arizona), 2 projects used opportunistic FIT-DNA (Appalachia [comprising Kentucky and Ohio], Chicago), and 1 project used organized FIT-DNA (Appalachia [comprising Kentucky and Ohio]).
