We are pleased to announce that a Request for Information (RFI) was posted on May 16, 2025, for the World Trade Center Health Program: National Program Administrator (NPA) to SAM.gov ., responses are due on June 6, 2025.

This is a Request for Information and Sources Sought Notice. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10, the following Notice is issued for Market Research purposes only. It is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Release of this Notice should not be construed as a commitment to procure items or services or to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The purpose of this potential requirement is to secure the services of a National Program Administrator (NPA) to serve World Trade Center Health Program Responders and Survivors living outside the New York metropolitan area. The NPA will provide a comprehensive suite of member concierge services to eligible Survivor and Responder members and tailor services according to each membership category and their associated allowable benefits and requirements. Failure to respond to this RFI does not preclude an entity’s participation in this procurement in the event a solicitation is later released.
