In the MMWR Surveillance Summaries, "Surveillance for
Foodborne-Disease Outbreaks---United States, 1993--1997," Table B has two errors on page 61. In
the Cryptosporidium parvum section, under Confirmation, the second option should
read "Demonstration of organismin epidemiologically implicated food." In the following
section, the agent listed should be "Cyclospora
cayatenensis."
