2000,"on page 1, in the second column, the
sentence beginning on the third line should read, "MADDSP continues to estimate the prevalence of these five disorders in
the metropolitan Atlanta area and serves as a model surveillance program for
16 other states that conduct disability
surveillance (i.e., Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Missouri/Illinois, New Jersey, North
